HOA Dues are due by January 15, 2010

Your EHHOA dues for 2010 must be paid by January 15, 2010 to avoid a $15 late fee. Those of you who have postmarks outside the Loudonville area should not be concerned if the dues are a few days late.

Your dues pay for mowing and landscape care of common areas, plowing snow in kiosk areas, lighting and maintenance of signs and kiosks, insurance and taxes.  A copy of the EHHOA budget is filed with minutes of the annual meeting.

If you are paying for more than one property, please note the address for each on your check so you can be credited with payment. Please mail your check for $220 (per property) to EHHOA Treasurer, 30 Callaway Circle, Loudonville, NY 12211.
