We've recently located copies of some documents distributed to the neighborhood in September 2004. These include a Newsletter written by Hank Parys, a memo transferring control of the association from First Columbia to the association members (transfer took place January 1, 2005) and a set of covenant violation procedures.
All have been scanned and posted to the EHHOA Neighborhood History section at the bottom left of the blogsite. Read and reminisce.
