The hearing to approve construction of Loudon Hills East has again been postponed by the Town of Colonie. The town planning board is awaiting some information from DEC before proceeding. If you plan to attend the hearing, the tentative new date is Tuesday, August 9.
Please view the recent blog postings to see where the new residential subdivision is proposed and to understand the objections expressed by many in our community.
Notices will be sent by the town to our residents who are directly affected by the proposal.
