RESULTS! The East Hills Homeowners Association Satisfaction Survey 2020

Please find attached the results of the East Hills Homeowners Association Satisfaction Survey 2020. Some of the highlights:

1. 93.90% of East Hills Residents are either Happy or Very Happy with the service that the HOA provides.
2. 93.80% of East Hills Residents are either Happy or Very Happy with the standard of the grounds and landscaping.
3. 78.70% of East Hills Residents are either Happy or Very Happy with the way in which the HOA deals with covenant issues.
4. 95.80% of East Hills Residents are either Happy or Very Happy with the communications provided by the HOA.
5. 81.60% of East Hills Residents think that the $225 annual dues from the HOA is either Reasonable or Very Reasonable.
6. 69.4% of East Hills Residents would NOT support the use of a management company to deliver the services of the HOA (10.4% For; and 20.4% Maybe).
7. 67.3% of East Hills Residents would NOT support the creation of a gated community (20.4% Yes, and 12.2% Maybe).

The response rate was 17.7%. 49 of our 278 residents responded.  You can view the full survey results here.
