HOA Dues

Dear East Hills Homeowner:

Happy New Year!   Some good news for 2025:  East Hills dues for 2025 are unchanged from 2024. 

2025 Dues:      $260.00                  Payable by February 15, 2025

Please complete the form on the next page and mail it with your check to the address below, and to avoid late fees and interest, submit your payment by February 15, 2025. Please note the schedule of late fees and interest at the bottom of this letter.

Please remember that all improvements or modifications to the external appearance of your house or property (other than routine maintenance) must be submitted to the board of the East Hills Homeowner’s Association for approval. Contact any board member to obtain the required forms and additional information.

Schedule of Late Fees for dues payment

Amount due by February 15, 2025:    $260.00    
Interest on amount due will begin accruing at the rate of 3% per month past Mar 15, 2025.

 Payment between (postmarked):

Feb 15 and Mar 15:   $260+ $50 late fee = $310
Mar 16 and April 15:   $260+ $50 + $8 interest = $318
April 16 and May 15:   $260 + $50 + $16 interest = $326
May 16 and June 15:  $260 + $50 + $24 interest = $334

If payment is not received by June 15, 2025, a letter will be sent informing the homeowner that a lien will be placed on the property with the County if payment is not received by July 15, 2025. The following costs will be incurred by the homeowner to have the lien removed:

                Dues/late fees/interest:                      $334
                County filing fee:                                  $30
                Administrative/legal fee for filing:      $300
 
                Total:                                                $664
