Use extreme caution - Icing near mail kiosk on Brighton Ct

Dear residents of Brighton Ct, Callaway Cir, Andover Dr, Crailo Ct and Yardley Ct:

A water leak from a broken line in a property near the mail kiosk on Brighton Ct has resulted in a buildup of ice and slush in front of the kiosk.  A contractor has been hired to repair the leak on Monday, and after that the HOA will attempt to remove as much ice as possible from in front of the kiosk.  Salt has been laid down in an attempt to mitigate the problem, but there is a large buildup of ice, and we may need to wait for warmer temperatures to melt it all. 

In the meantime, please use extreme caution in exiting your vehicle and walking to your mailbox.
