While homeowners are always welcome to call or e-mail board members to discuss suggestions or problems, there are also forms available for your convenience, as follows:
Volunteer form. Get involved! Connect with others to make ours a better community, form a social committee or children's play group, or consider running for an EHHOA board position. We are also looking for volunteers to help clean up mailboxes in the kiosks.
Report a covenant violation form. Does your neighbor's garbage can sit out all week, do they have a window air conditioner out front, or is there a property that isn't being maintained? These are examples of covenant violations, but there are many more. Covenant violations may be reported anonymously ... or you may request that your identity be kept confidential. Text of the covenants (aka deed restrictions) is available on this site.
Home improvement request form. Request board approval for new construction, additions or major landscaping changes.
