New Policy on Basketball Goals (rescinded)

Many residents in the "family" and "carriage" home area of East Hills have complained that the covenants make it all but impossible for them to have basketball goals.  For this reason, the board has adopted a policy that allows the use of non-permanent goals on a seasonal basis, from Memorial Day to Halloween. A waiver is required.

If you own a non-permanent basketball goal in the carriage home area, please ensure your hoop is compliant with the rules on the Waiver Request Form, print and fill out the form and contact the board president for review.

NOTE: the waiver policy has since been rescinded.
