East Hills Homeowners Association Annual Meeting Reminder

This is a reminder that the annual homeowner meeting for our community will be held
Wednesday, November 28, 2012, 7 p.m. Colonie Town Hall at 534 Loudon Road, Loudonville.

At this meeting, the board will be presenting its achievements of the past year, current activities, plans for the coming year and the proposed budget for 2013. 

You will also be voting for board members to serve the next 2013-2014 two year term. You should have received the ballot in the mail about six weeks ago.  The ballot has five incumbent members of the current Board and two new candidates who are running for this next term. Please see the blog posting of November 17th for information about the candidates. "Write-in" votes for members other than the nominees is permitted at the General Meeting by space provided on the ballot. 

Any EHHOA member may assign his/her right to vote to another member by completing the proxy statement at the bottom of the ballot. Any member can be a proxy for one or more members not attending the meeting. The assignee would complete and present the proxy ballot(s) at the General Meeting for the purposes of representing the voting wishes of the absent assignor(s).If you are unaware of any member who is attending the meeting you can contact the East Hills BlogMaster  (EastHillsBlogmaster@gmail.com)
