Sealcoating at Conway and Brighton Mail Kiosks

On Sunday August 18 the asphalt parking areas at the Conway and Brighton mail kiosks will be sealcoated. The work will be done early in the morning on Sunday and the areas will be ready for delivery and pick up of mail on Monday.

The area at the Brinker kiosk needs repairs and repaving with a new topcoat before it can be sealcoated. A damaged section will be removed and replaced before the topcoat is applied. Also the parking area will be widened to reduce the overcrowding that often occurs when residents pick up mail late in the afternoon. Reconfiguring the parking area will also facilitate snow removal. Broken and loose bricks which border the concrete pad of the kiosk will be removed and replaced. Most of this work will be done at a time yet to be determined this fall and the remainder in the spring.

In addition some landscaping will be done at all three of the kiosks. Conway and Brighton will be done this fall and Brinker will be done next spring. This work is part of the routine maintenance of all landscaped areas in the development. More information will be posted about that shortly.
