Do you enjoy landscaping and want to volunteer in your neighborhood?
The East Hills Homeowners Association is looking for a homeowner interested in joining the Board of Directors in the capacity of a Landscape Committee Chairperson.
Due to the resignation of a previous board member, we now have one open position which will be up for re-election in November 2014.
The Landscape Committee Chairperson focuses on coordinating with contractors and volunteers to maintain and increase the beautification of HOA grounds in East Hills. The board member handles the bidding and yearly contracts, inspects the quality of work completed, identifies problem areas and communicates any issues back to the Board of Directors. He/she should also be able to attend quarterly board meetings and annual homeowners meeting.
It only takes a couple hours of your time monthly but will help continue to make East Hills an attractive place to live.
