Reminder - Homeowners Fees due January 31

East Hills Homeowners Association fees of $200 are due by Friday January 31.  Please send your check to:

Please remember that if payment is not received by the end of January a $15 late fee will be assessed for the first month late.  After that a 16% annum late fee will be added.
