You may have noticed and wondered about the markings on the lawn and the placement of multiple flags of various colors on the east side of East Hills Blvd between Spring St. Rd and Brinker Way. When asked, the worker said that a new fiber optic cable will be laid by Time Warner. He said this is the area where all the underground utilities entering East Hills are located. He said the project would cause minimal disruption because they would tunnel underground and there would be little digging required. Any areas dug up would be repaired with soil, seeding, mulch, etc.
