East Hills Homeowners Annual Meeting & Election - Save the Date - October 30

The general East Hills Homeowners Association meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 30 at 7:00 PM in the Colonie Town Hall general meeting room.  Please reserve this date on your calendar.

Being an election year for the Board of Directors your attendance and participation at this meeting is especially important to the continuing survival of our HOA under a voluntary Board of Directors.  Please make it your responsibility to be there.   

For the past 12 years EHHOA has been managed by volunteers contributing their time and effort to our community and we are grateful for that service.  We wish to keep it that way.  It provides a personal touch.  The alternative is a professional HOA management service that would more than double our dues.  Do you want that?

Accordingly this notice is extending a call for new volunteers for the Board of Directors.  Those interested should contact Bernie Schunicht at 785-1119.  A document explaining the responsibilities of Board members is in preparation and can be obtained upon request.

A notice of the meeting with Board nominees, voting instructions and ballot will be mailed at least thirty days prior to the meeting.
