Reminder - Homeowners Fees due January 30

East Hills Homeowners Association fees of $200 are due by Friday January 30.  Please send your check to:

Please remember that if payment is not received by 1/30/15 a $15 late fee will be assessed for the first month late.  After that a 16% per year late fee will be added.

The annual dues letter was sent out in late December to all homeowners.  If you did not receive it or have since moved from East Hills, please email the HOA at easthillsblogmaster@gmail.com so your contact information can be updated.
