East Hills Homeowners Fees Due January 31

East Hills Homeowners Association fees of $225 are due by Friday January 31.  Please note that due to increased maintenance costs in East Hills the annual fees were increased slightly.  If you haven't already, please mail your check for $225 payable to "East Hills Homeowners Association" to:

Please remember that if payment is not received by the end of January a $15 late fee will be assessed for the first month late.  After that a 16% annum late fee will be added.
