Lawn Damage due to Verizon Work
If any neighbors in East Hills still have damage to their lawn due to the installation and digging of Verizon FiOS cables, please contact Shoreline Cable at 1-800-320-8862. They will come to your home to assess the damage and, if appropriate, fix the issue in a timely manner. One resident recently called and a workman was there the same day to repair the lawn. This repair was promised to homeowners when the construction began last year. Please let the HOA Board know if you have any problems.
I have sprinkler system damage from the digging and am trying to get it resolved. I've tried calling this number (1-800-320-8862). This is the same number that we were given when the work started. There is never anyone that answers; it goes straight to voice mail, and no one seems to return my call. I looked on the verizon web site, but am unable to find out a way to follow up on this either. Has anyone else experienced this lack of response; does anyone know what is the next best step for getting this taken care of? Thanks in advance!
