REMEMBER!! The Deadline for the Payment of the HOA Dues is approaching

Dear East Hills Homeowners:

This is just a friendly reminder that HOA dues of $260 are payable by February 15, 2024.  If paid later than this (postmarked) please include the late fee and any applicable interest (see the schedule below).

Schedule of fines and sanctions for late payment of dues.

Amount due by February 15, 2024:    $260.00     

Amount if received (postmarked) after Feb 15 and before Mar 15:    $260+ $50 late fee = $310

Interest on amount due will begin accruing at the rate of 3% per month past Mar 15.

Payment between:

Mar 15 and April 15:   $260+ $50 + $8 interest = $318

April 15 and May 15:   $260 + $50 + $16 interest = $326

May 15 and June 15:  $260 + $50 + $24 interest = $334

 After June 15, 2024 a letter will be sent to the homeowner informing him/her that a lien will be placed on the property with the County if payment is not received by June 30, 2024. The following costs will be incurred by the homeowner to have the lien removed:

            Dues/late fees/interest:                            $334

            County filing fee:                                      $30

            Administrative/legal fee for filing:             $300

            Total:                                                        $664
