Dear East Hills Homeowner:
Happy New Year! It’s that time of year
again! East Hills Homeowners Association dues for 2026 are $270 (a 4% increase
from 2025). Please see the next page for details of the 2026 Operating Budget
and a summary of income and expenses incurred in 2025.
2026 Dues:
$270.00
Payable by February 15, 2026
Dues paid after February 15 will be subject to
late fees (see schedule of late fees on next page).
There are two methods of payment available this year:
1. Check; payable to
East Hills Homeowners Association. Mail to:
East Hills HOA
30 Callaway Circle
Loudonville, NY
12211
2. Zelle; electronic transfer:
Send
to ehhoa@yahoo.com East
Hills Homeowners Association
You MUST INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS in
the notes section of the transfer, so that we know who to credit the payment
to. Failure to do this may result in your payment not being credited.
In both cases, please be kind enough to update your contact
information (cellphone numbers, email addresses) so that we can keep our
mailing list current (so that you continue to get these and other important
neighborhood notices).
Please remember that all improvements or
modifications to the external appearance of your house or property (other than
routine maintenance) must be submitted to the board of the East Hills
Homeowner’s Association for approval. Contact any board member to obtain the
required forms and additional information.
If you have any questions regarding the Association’s
functions, please direct them to a board member listed below.
Your sincerely,
EHHOA Co-Presidents (2025- 26)
