The board has received several complaints about ATVs using public roads in our subdivision. If you observe this problem, please contact the Town of Colonie police at 783-2744 with a description of the ATVs and/or riders and where you saw them.
It is illegal to operate an ATV on a public road, and a safety hazard to all, particularly younger riders. ATVs are also not permitted on East Hills common property.
