Annual Dues Still $200
Watch your postal mail for your annual dues letter, which should be delivered within a week.
Your 2012 dues of $200 (per property owned) must be received by January 25, 2012; after this date, late fees will be assessed. If you're among the few homeowners with past due charges from previous years, please remit these as well. If you aren't sure what you owe, contact Tommie Palladino at 518-783-1275.
Send your payment (and completed dues slip from the postal mailing) to Thomasa Palladino, EHHOA, 30 Callaway Circle, Loudonville, NY 12211.
