This is a reminder that your 2013 annual dues of $200 (per property owned) must be received by January 25, 2013. After this date, a late fee of $15 will be assessed. If you're among the few homeowners with past due charges from previous years, please remit these as well. If you aren't sure what you owe, contact Tommie Palladino at 518-783-1275.
Send your payment (and completed dues slip from the postal mailing) to Thomasa Palladino, EHHOA, 30 Callaway Circle, Loudonville, NY 12211. If you haven't already signed up to receive notices of new postings on the EHHOA blog site or your email has changed, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page and return it with your check.
