Late fee now applies for dues

Thank you to all the homeowners who got their 2013 dues in on time!

If you're one of the 37 homeowners who forgot to pay, please remit $215 before February 25. After that date, additional penalties will apply.

Those among you who owe for previous years have received statements showing how much is due. Interest will continue to accrue on past due balances.
