Message from Interim President Bernie Schunicht

Members, friends and neighbors:

I feel both honored and humbled to be requested to fill out Ken Shannon's term as President of the East Hills Homeowners Association.  At the same time, myself and all of you should be grateful for Ken's six years of service as Treasurer and then as President.  These tasks require a lot of time to be diligent as Ken has been.  For me it is back to what I did a couple of years ago and I hope I measure up to the task.  I enjoy this responsibility for it brings me into contact with many good people in our community.  Of course all is not roses; mainly dealing with sustaining and upholding the covenants that guard the upscale motif of our area and protect the value of our homes from descent into unkempt and sloppy habits.  There is always work to do and I do most fondly hope that some of you will come forward to serve the EHHOA as our yearly meeting and changing of the guard approaches.
